Hi,
I received my Fuego pre-order today (see bellow) and I was surprised to see that the Fuego Matchbook offered to "Everyone who pre-orders from Phish Dry Goods" (as written in the newsletter) was missing.
I was even more puzzled to read on the order summary that the item was simply "cancelled", without furthur notice (see image attached).
Meanwhile, on the Dry Goods website, the item is noted as "Processing".
So what should I trust ? Will I received it later ? Is it cancelled for goods ? If so, why ?

Hi,
I'm really surprise that you just "can't", without any notice from you, without any explanation or even apologies !
It's already hard to be a Phish fan in Europe (no tour, no entry to contest, expensive shipping fees...) but Dry Goods don't make it easier...
I can only hope that next time will be different, but I guess the odds are as thin as an Phish European Tour these days ;)
